Questions about official Holmes County criminal records must go to the agency that keeps the original document. The contacts below distinguish court files from Sheriff reports, jail bookings, and FDLE histories. This private site can explain the route, but it cannot retrieve, certify, change, or accept filings for a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

For criminal court files, contact the Holmes County Clerk of Circuit and County Courts, 201 N. Oklahoma Street, Bonifay, FL 32425, at (850) 547-1100 option 5. The Clerk counter is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
