What we do is point you toward the offices that hold Holmes County criminal records - the sheriff's records unit, the courts that hear criminal cases, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) repository, and the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search - and connect you with third-party tools that may help with your research.

This applies with special force to sex offender registry information: Florida law restricts how Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search data may be used, and misusing registry information against a listed person can carry criminal penalties. Registry data exists for public safety awareness, not for vigilante action, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:
